I have covered the topic from the basic concept of Emotional intelligence to Strategic Emotional intelligence and the link between leadership to strategic Emotional intelligence.

This book is a quick review of basic features of emotions and theories related to it and also various models of Emotional Intelligence and its link with Neuro Sciences. I have also covered the various scales to measure Emotional Intelligence. In later part, I talked about the applicability of EI in different work setting. In the final section I told about Strategic Emotional intelligence and its link with transformational leadership.

This book is based on review of research studies and I discussed the topics under the light of these papers.
